What are KPIs and how should they be used?  Many people struggle to use KPIs effectively in their businesses, because understanding and developing effective KPIs isn’t always a straight-forward task.  This presentation will help you to better understand what KPIs are, and how they should be utilized in your organization.  It will help you avoid the common pitfalls of KPI monitoring, and show you how to use them to ensure they lead to process improvements that have a direct impact on your organization’s bottom-line. 

 


OUR SPEAKER -  Arda Akoglu

BIO

Arda is an Operations Management professional who has managed all areas of his field: from logistics and supply chain to manufacturing, quality and R&D.  He has been part of many different industries that range from: automotive and aerospace, to finance and consumer packaged goods.  Arda holds degrees in: Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in addition to his MBA; therefore, bringing a mix of high-level education and an abundance of real-world experience to his organization.   He is currently the Principal at Verbum Consulting Inc., an operations management and business consulting firm.
