All Gain, no pain!  Using Quality to assist Supply Chain goals

Quality principles will assist Supply Chain to meet its goals and it doesn’t have to be difficult to implement! Come and join this informative and interesting discussion on how implementing Quality methodologies can help you meet productivity and budget goals set by your company. Hearing a lot about concepts like Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and Kaizen?  Then attend this session for an overview of these principles and how they fit into the Supply Chain world.  Real world examples and case studies of successful Supply Chain projects will be a key feature of the presentation.

David Muncaster is the National Manager, Continuous Improvement for Staples Business Advantage Canada.  With Staples Business Advantage for 12 years, he works to develop a company-wide culture of continuous improvement, is involved with ISO 9000 and 14000, Sustainability initiatives and COR Health and Safety Certification.  David Muncaster is past Chair of ASQ Vancouver section which is a non-profit organization that brings Quality Management Professionals from all areas of business together for networking events.  The first person in Staples Business Advantage Canada to receive training in Lean Six Sigma, he has also been certified by ASQ as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
