Too much inventory? Demand Driven MRP may be the answer

Many companies are living what is known as the bimodal effect.  Inventories oscillate between too much and not enough.

Do you have too many replenishment orders to expedite?

Do you have too many schedule break-ins?

Do you have Finance telling you still have too much inventory?

It sounds like your inventory is out of balance!

Come see this 45 minute webinar to understand that there is another way:
DDMRP strategically positions your inventory to maximize flow (sales) and contribution, it builds on the systems you already have in place to bring practical lean thinking to your inventory deployment.

There will be time afterwards to answer your questions.

Agenda

  1. The inventory conundrum: so much inventory, and yet...the seven deadly sins of inventory management
  2. Strategic inventory deployment: decoupling points that maximise service for your inventory investment
  3. Sizing the buffer, how much inventory do you really require? Average daily usage, red/yellow/green thresholds
  4. Putting it all to work, network design considerations
  5. Your questions, our answers.
